Good Weather Promised for Thursday!

Sun will shine, at least for a while, on St Patrick's Day

We don't want to get too excited but according to Met Éireann the 17th is looking fairly good: THURSDAY (ST. PATRICK'S DAY) will start off cloudy and damp in eastern coastal counties, with some light rain. But it will dry out and brighten up in these areas by noon, with sunny spells developing. The rest of the country will be bright from the start, with sunny spells and scattered showers - these most frequent in the northwest. Top temperatures 7 to 10 C.

So, no need for the snow suit then. Phew!
